**Job Description Summary**: The Component & Repair Overhaul Programs Director leads a Team of Program Managers with a strong Customer orientation (Customer Advocacy) and ability to meet Company’s targets. He / She has a natural ability to aggregate the Functions and drive collaboration among the Company to grant the best management of the Programs and the Customers. He/She has a comprehensive knowledge and experience of the different CRO contract arrangements along with financial & economical skills, legal Terms & Conditions, Company processes & procedures including Engineering, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and Quality System. **Essential Responsibilities**
- Work in tight connection with ITO in order to support the growth of the CRO in terms of revenues, margins, number of programs and customers
- Own Programs economics (revenues, contribution margin, profitability, credit collection, recovery of Past due) along the whole product “life-cycle” in order to meet targets assigned by the Company to the business segment.
- Drive the budget process
- Work in tight connection with Pomigliano CRO shop responsible in order to agree priorities among the different programs and inside each program tracking progresses against targeted plans
- For new programs monitor the industrialization and qualification phases coordinating the working team
- Act as the senior customer advocate for her/his Customer through a long-lasting Customers relationship based on mutual trust and on shared performance KPI’s. He/she is the responsible for the Customer satisfaction tracking and improvement.




- Own forecast of buffer parts needed and the level of the commercial inventory.
- Identify Program risks and mitigate them
- Keep business plans updated according to new scenarios and new opportunity/risk in strong collaboration with Finance and Commercial Teams
- Support effectively the finalization of negotiation with the Customer in collaboration with Legal and ITO Teams. **Qualifications/Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
- Previous experience in the Aviation industry
- Solid experience in Program Management or equivalent coordination role in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Quality
- Proven leadership skills and ability to effectively manage and drive accountability in both Program Management and cross functional teams
- Significant background in business plan and contract management
- Strong Customer orientation
- Sense of urgency in dealing with issues and strong attitude to problem solving and result orientation.
- Fluent written and spoken Italian and English
- Knowledge of office automation, SAP, program planning systems (Project or equivalent)
- Willing to travel including overseas journey
- EU work permit

- Familiarity with Aviation Products and with MRO / CRO processes and dynamics
- Knowledge of Commercial CRO Customers, in particular airlines and MRO centers
- Commercial experience
