GABRIELE RIZZI LAB conceives and produces ultra-creative artistic experiences, bespoke performances, and art direction projects for iconic venues, visionary brands, and private clients around the world.

We are seeking a Creative Designer / Visual Concept Developer to collaborate on the development of artistic concepts, performances, environments, and bespoke creative projects.

This is not a graphic design role.

We are looking for a versatile creative with strong visual culture, excellent drawing and sketching skills, and the ability to translate ideas into clear visual concepts.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop concepts for performances, installations, environments, and artistic projects.

* Translate ideas into sketches, drawings, visual studies, and presentations.

* Research references, materials, forms, moods, and artistic directions.





* Collaborate closely with the creative director and production team.

* Contribute original ideas across art, design, fashion, scenography, and performance.

Profile

* Strong creative and visual sensibility.

* Excellent drawing and sketching skills.

* Multidisciplinary background in design, scenography, architecture, fashion, fine arts, or related fields.

* Strong knowledge of contemporary art, design, fashion, and visual culture.

* Curious, imaginative, precise, and highly versatile.

* Fluent in English; Italian is appreciated.
