Job description Avvale is looking for a Change Management Consultant.

Role and position

Specifically, the ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Change Management and communication, digital transformation, strategic and/or cultural transformation, or program management and coordination of transformation programs.

Requirements and skills

To apply, candidates must have knowledge of Change Management methodologies and the ability to analyse organizational contexts and processes. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are required, together with precision, negotiation abilities and effective priority management. Excellent communication skills, a strong team-oriented mindset and a very good command of English are also essential.
