**Vodafone Internship Program** is a development path dedicated to both Bachelor and Master’s students, which allows you to spend 6 months of as an active member in one of our teams.
After this experience, you will be able to relay complex information in a simple, clear and concise way to senior management. You will gain independence in performing the tasks assigned, setting priorities and achieving your goals. It includes also the opportunity to work on a project that could be the topic of your final dissertation.
The Internship Program may be just the first step of you career in Vodafone. In fact, it will allow you to be part of the selection process for our Discover Program **Key accountabilities and decision ownership**
- Analysis of the consumer legislation adopted by AGCOM since the Resolution of 2008 (Resolution 244/08/CSP)




- Analysis of the dlgs 207/2021
- Support to regulatory papers and reports
- Management of reports from the Authorities or the Mise, related to customers
- Support analysis and verification of the company’s compliance, both with current legislation and new expectations. **Core competencies, knowledge, and experience**
- Proactivity, ability to work in a team, enthusiasm
- Previous experience in the consumer right field is a plus **Must have technical / professional Qualifications**: - Excellent knowledge of English
- Degree in Law, Economics or similar;
- Knowledge of consumer protection legislation
