ResponsabilitàDefine and implement manufacturing processes for new products to meet safety, quality, and cost goals
Design factory and assembly line layouts and internal logistics flows
Define production Standard Time (Standard Time) for processes
Coordinate internal and external resources, planning activities and tracking progress




Collaborate across departments on new product development and manufacturing projects
Requisiti fondamentaliMechanical, Management, Manufacturing Engineering background or technical diploma
Experience in new product startup
Experience in assembly process
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Waste, Poka-yoke, Value stream mapping, SMED, DMAIC, 6?)
Experience in defining production Standard Time
Proficiency with Excel and Office
Knowledge of AutoCAD / CAD
Strong leadership and teamwork with a proactive mindset
Good command of Italian and English
Willingness to travel for business
