Overview

In this role you contribute to the Group Treasury by monitoring financial performance, forecasting, and governance, delivering accurate analyses to support decisions. You will coordinate budgeting and reporting across a multinational setup, driving efficiency and data quality with automation and AI. You work with cross-functional teams to ensure aligned treasury operations and continuous improvement. Responsabilità

- Contribute to monthly treasury close and reporting focusing on net financial position, cash flow, and banking charges
- Support Actual, Forecast and Budget analyses, identifying key variances and drivers
- Monitor Treasury KPIs and prepare clear management reporting
- Coordinate data collection with subsidiaries and local Finance teams for completeness and timeliness
- Perform reconciliations and data-quality checks with audit trails
- Support cash flow forecasting and forecast accuracy analysis




- Contribute to intercompany funding reporting and treasury controlling activities
- Develop reporting, analytics, and automation solutions to improve treasury processes and decision-making
- Explore AI tools for recurring activities while ensuring review and control of outputs
- Participate in cross-functional treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Requisiti fondamentali

- 3-5 years of experience in Controlling, FP&A;, Treasury, Reporting, Audit, or similar analytical roles
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data and identify trends
- Proactive, curious, and solution-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset
- Interest in digitalization, automation, and AI applications in finance
- Strong collaboration and communication skills in international, cross-functional environments
- Fluent English
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with large datasets
- Knowledge of ERP, reporting, consolidation, or Treasury Management Systems; familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, Python is a plus
