OverviewAs an EHS Consultant, you will lead environmental due diligences and compliance audits for pre-acquisition, merger, and divestiture projects.
You will help identify liabilities, define corrective actions, and implement EHS management and training systems.
You'll work within the Consulting team to ensure regulatory alignment and high-quality risk assessments across Italy and abroad.
This role combines technical EHS expertise with stakeholder collaboration to deliver sustainable, compliant outcomes.
ResponsabilitàConduct environmental due diligences and identify liabilities with corrective actions and cost implications
Perform compliance audits against local laws, European standards, and internal clients
Deliver EHS consulting services and develop integrated EHS management systems
Develop and implement legal tracking systems and EHS training programs
Support development and auditing of ISO ****, ISO *****, and ISO ***** management systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and coordinate travel across Italy and abroad
Requisiti fondamentaliAround 10 years of experience in EHS due diligences, compliance audits, and related consultancy
Degree in Engineering, Geology or Environmental Sciences
Proficiency in English and Italian at B2 level
Knowledge of Italian environmental and H&S; legislation
Familiarity with Risk Assessment of Organizational Management systems (Lgs.D. ********)
Experience with auditing and implementing ISO ****, ISO ***** and ISO *****
Strong analytical and synthesis abilities
