/p h3Job Summary /h3 pThe Staff House Manager is responsible for the overall management, maintenance, and operation of company-provided employee accommodation.
The role ensures that all staff housing facilities are safe, well maintained, compliant with company standards, and provide a comfortable living environment for employees.
The Staff House Manager acts as the main point of contact for residents and works closely with Human Resources, Engineering, Housekeeping, and external suppliers.
/p h3CANDIDATE PROFILE /h3 h3Education And Experience /h3 ul liHigh school diploma or GED; 4 years' experience in the human resources, management operations, or related professional area.

/li /ul h3CORE WORK ACTIVITIES /h3 h3Accommodation Management /h3 ul liManage the day-to-day operations of all staff housing facilities.
/li liCoordinate room assignments, check-ins, room changes, and check-outs.
/li liMaintain accurate occupancy records and accommodation databases.
/li liEnsure fair and efficient room allocation according to company policies.
/li /ul h3Property Maintenance Safety /h3 ul liConduct regular inspections of staff houses and communal areas.
/li liCoordinate maintenance and repair activities with Engineering and external contractors.
/li liEnsure compliance with health, safety, fire, and local housing regulations.
/li liMonitor and report any structural, safety,



or operational issues.
/li /ul h3Resident Relations /h3 ul liServe as the primary contact for employees residing in staff accommodation.
/li liHandle complaints, requests, and accommodation-related concerns promptly and professionally.
/li liPromote a positive living environment and enforce house rules.
/li liSupport conflict resolution among residents when necessary.
/li /ul h3Housekeeping Hygiene Standards /h3 ul liOversee cleanliness and hygiene standards in common areas.
/li liCoordinate cleaning schedules and monitor quality standards.
/li liEnsure waste management procedures are followed correctly.
/li /ul h3Administrative Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain housing inventories, room condition reports, and key management records.
/li liPrepare occupancy, maintenance, and accommodation reports as required.
/li liMonitor housing-related expenditures and assist with budget control.
/li liSupport onboarding and offboarding processes related to accommodation.
/li /ul h3Vendor Contractor Management /h3 ul liLiaise with external suppliers and contractors.
/li liMonitor service quality and ensure contractual obligations are met.
/li liObtain quotations and support procurement activities when required.
/li /ul h3Compensation Benefits /h3 ul liGross Annual Salary: min 34,********,100 € (the gross annual salary is calculated on a pro-rata basis when employment covers only part of the year).
/li liThe 13th and 14th month payments are included in the gross annual salary and are accrued on a pro-rata basis, depending on the actual period worked during the year.
/li liTFR (severance) is an additional amount on top of the salary,
