/p h3Position Summary /h3 pWe have an opportunity for a Contracts Manager for Clinical Supply Services to join our team.
In this role, you will work closely with Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across EMEA and APAC.
You will lead negotiations and manage the execution of customer contracts, ensuring compliance with company standards and supporting business growth.
This position is key to maintaining strong customer relationships and driving operational excellence.
/p pbLocation: Aprilia, Italy /b /p p100% Onsite /p h3The Role /h3 ul liServe as a strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across EMEA and APAC.
/li liLead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts, ensuring alignment with commercial goals and legal standards.
/li liNegotiate customer contracts in partnership with Business Development, Legal, and other functional leads to achieve timely deal closure and support business growth.
/li liAct as the lead on negotiations with customers on commercial contracting terms.
/li liAssess and mitigate contractual risks, recommending language that supports business objectives.
/li liEnsure contracts reflect company priorities and comply with legal and organizational policies and procedures.
/li liMaintain accurate records and tracking of contract status and progress.
/li liSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience.
/li liLiaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
/li /ul h3The Candidate /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
/li liProven experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders.
/li liStrong understanding of commercial contract terms in both Europe and the US.
/li liExcellent communication and problem-solving skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
/li liAbility to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.
/li liFluency in English /li /ul h3Preferred Skills Background /h3 ul liExperience negotiating the commercial aspects of contracts.
/li liSolid understanding of payment terms, liability, and insurance clauses.
/li liPharmaceutical industry experience is a plus, but not essential.
/li liMinimum of 5 years' experience working directly with customers and managing contract-related discussions.
/li liUnderstanding of the customer onboarding process and how it relates to contractual obligations.
