ResponsabilitàAnalyze financial performance to determine the true financial state of target companies
Build financial models and business plans
Conduct independent reviews of business plans




Perform commercial and operational due diligence
Negotiate with main stakeholders (banks, investors)
Support distressed M&A; activities with industrial partners and funds
Manage cash, implement turnarounds, and identify cost-cutting opportunities
Drive organizational improvements and efficiency initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali2/3 years of experience in restructuring, crisis, or corporate finance
Specialist degree in business with focus on finance/AFC and/or engineering management (finance)
Excellent command of English (study/work abroad preferred)
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
