To strengthen our kitchen brigade, we are looking for a motivated, eager-to-learn and passionate Commis de Cuisine (m/f/d) who is enthusiastic about high-quality cuisine and ready to build the foundation for further professional development.
Your Tasks
Supporting the Chefs de Partie and kitchen team in preparing and cooking high-quality dishes
Working across different kitchen sections and learning the various processes
Preparing the mise en place for daily service
Assisting with Tasting Cube experiences and cooking classes
Carefully handling fresh, seasonal and regional products
Ensuring cleanliness, organization and hygiene throughout the kitchen
Complying with all hygiene, quality and HACCP standards
Handling food and working materials carefully and efficiently
Actively supporting the team during service and closing procedures
Willingness to learn and continuously develop professional skills
Your Profile
Completed culinary training or initial professional experience in a kitchen
Passion for high-quality cuisine and regional products
Eagerness to learn,

Independent, careful and reliable working style
Team spirit, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
High quality standards and attention to detail
Very good German or English skills; Italian is an advantage
