Job Summary
To manage properly all the activities related to Booking Department
What will I be doing?
Checking bookings in the system
Controlling arrivals
Managing email correspondence
Support for the contact center that makes reservations
Supporting the departments of each hotel
Managing payments




Miscellaneous inquiries from guests (through direct channels but also extranet Booking.com and Expedia)
Perform other duties as assigned.
What are we looking for?
Must have a very good English; other languagesare preferred.
Degree in Tourism or Hospitality;
Passionate for Hospitality and with astrong attitude to interpersonal relationships.
The role is classified as an INTERNSHIP with an expense allowance of at least €600.
Further information on the role classification, remuneration, any premio schemes, welfare and company benefits will be provided during the selection process.
