ResponsabilitàBid management and coordination across the proposal lifecycle to meet deadlines and quality standards
Technical-commercial interface with Project Managers, internal experts, and external partners to assemble inputs
Technical proposal development including methodological reports and management plans




Cost analysis and financial proposal collaboration for pricing strategy and economic offers
Requisiti fondamentaliEducation: Degree in Engineering or Architecture
Experience: 2 to 4 years as Proposal/Bid Specialist/Manager or Project Manager in an engineering firm
Knowledge: Public Procurement Code and award procedures for engineering and architecture services
Familiarity with MEAT evaluation criteria
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel and Word)
Languages: Italian (excellent), English (B2/C1)
Outstanding organizational and planning skills
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
High attention to detail
Knowledge of Public Procurement Code
