Key Responsibilities Actively monitor the sociallandscape (TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube, emerging platforms) tospot opportunities brands can tap into quickly and credibly; Createand manage agile editorial plans, with the flexibility to react totrends and real-time moments; Work closely with creative teams todevelop content that feels native, timely, and culturally in tunewith each platform; Adapt formats, hooks, and storytellingapproaches to maximize engagement and relevance across channels;Bring a test-and-learn mindset to content execution, continuouslyexperimenting with new formats, tones, and trends; Translatereal-time trends, platform behaviors, and cultural signals intorelevant, social-first content ideas; Support the identificationand activation of creators and influencers who are culturallyrelevant and aligned with brand positioning; Contribute to thedevelopment of reactive and real-time content, from ideation topublishing; Monitor performance and social conversations tounderstand what resonates, feeding insights back into content andeditorial planning; ABOUT YOU 3–7 years of experience in a digitalor creative agency environment; Strong knowledge of major socialplatforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, YouTube),



including theirunique languages, formats, and best practices; Proven ability tocraft multi-channel social strategies that strengthen brandstorytelling and deliver measurable impact; A sharp eye foremerging trends, from fast-moving social moments to broadercultural shifts; Experience in developing editorial plans andoverseeing their execution in collaboration with creative teams;Hands-on experience in identifying, selecting, and managinginfluencers and creators, ideally on an international scale;Ability to define clear objectives and KPIs, and track performanceacross both short- and long-term horizons; Excellent command ofEnglish (B2 level or equivalent); Applications close on April 19,2026.
