Italian Estate Management Couple
to oversee the care, maintenance, and presentation of a luxury property (South).
Job Description
Property Management
Oversee the maintenance of the property and grounds.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs.
Manage contractors, suppliers, and service providers.
Supervise property systems, security, and vehicle care.
Ensure the residence remains fully operational and guest-ready.
Housekeeping
Full housekeeping and detailed cleaning.
Laundry, ironing, and linen management.
Inventory control and household organization.
Preparation of the residence prior to family visits.
Maintain impeccable standards throughout the property.
During Occupancy
Housekeeping and light hospitality.




Provisioning and grocery shopping.
Guest welcome and general household support.
Professional, discreet service.
The Successful Applicant
Proven experience as an Estate Couple, Domestic Couple, or Villa Management Couple.
Strong maintenance and housekeeping skills.
Highly organized, proactive, and hands-on.
Trustworthy, discreet, and able to work independently.
Italian nationals with fluent Italian language skills.
English a must
Valid driving licences.
Excellent references.
