and other relevant colleagues to ensure accurate and effective survey outcomes.br/Seeks guidance and support from more experienced surveyors when dealing with complex or unfamiliar situations.br/Participates actively in team activities and contributes to a professional and collaborative working environment. /p pbQuality Assurance /bbr/Contributes to maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency in surveying activities under the guidance of experienced surveyors.br/Assists in ensuring adherence to established standards, procedures, rules, and applicable requirements.br/Supports the accurate and consistent execution of survey activities and reporting. /p pbClient Interaction /bbr/Engages with clients and other relevant stakeholders as directed by more experienced surveyors.br/Communicates professionally and effectively when addressing technical matters within the assigned area of expertise.br/Contributes to identifying and resolving client-related issues in collaboration with experienced surveyors. /p pbProfessional Development /bbr/Actively participates in training programs, technical courses, and developmental activities.br/Continuously develops the knowledge, skills, and competencies required to perform surveying activities effectively.br/Progresses toward becoming a fully competent and independent surveyor. /p pbEthical Conduct /bbr/Upholds the highest ethical and professional standards in all activities and interactions.br/Ensures integrity, transparency, impartiality, and fairness throughout survey processes.br/Performs all professional duties in accordance with the organization’s code of conduct, policies, and applicable professional standards. /p h3bEducation /b /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Naval Engineering /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 pProficiency in Italian and English languages relevant with the scope of classification, statutory certification, related services and, before assignment, with future work.br/Ability to develop a working knowledge of RINA Rules, Guides, statutory regulations, and instructions, as well as the RINA Employee Safety Policy.br/Ability to understand engineering plans and have a basic knowledge of shipbuilding practices and ship operations.br/Ability, to perform new building surveys:br/to assess the suitability of certified materials and products supplied for the new buildi n,br/to assess that hull, machinery and equipment have been built in compliance with rules and regulations by means of compulsory inspections, tests and trials,br/to issue Certificates, Reports, Records and Status in compliance with rules and regulations.br/And/or:br/ship in service surveys:br/to assess that hull, machinery and equipment have been maintained in compliance with rules and regulations by means of compulsory overall inspections,
