Role Description The Italy Online Language School Franchise Partnership role is a remote, contract opportunity to establish and grow Lingua Learn’s presence in the Italian market. Day-to-day activities include managing local marketing and outreach campaigns, building relationships with individual learners and corporate clients, and overseeing the adaptation of Lingua Learn’s offerings to local market needs. The partner will coordinate with Lingua Learn’s Global Franchise Support Team to implement operational processes,



monitor performance, and ensure service quality across sales, HR, and academic delivery.

Regular responsibilities also include supervising local staff or contractors as needed, analyzing market trends, and identifying new business opportunities within Italy. The role requires a proactive approach to business development, brand representation, and continuous improvement of the franchise’s performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to engage clients, prepare proposals, and represent the Lingua Learn brand effectively.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to assess market opportunities, track performance, and inform strategic decisions.
- Candidates should possess Training experience to support staff development and ensure consistent delivery of Lingua Learn’s language and skills programs.
- Experience in sales, business development, or entrepreneurship, ideally within education, language training, or related service sectors.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple priorities, and build a sustainable client base in the Italian market.
- Familiarity with the Italian education or corporate training landscape and fluency in Italian and English are highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, basic financial acumen, and comfort with digital tools, CRM systems, and online marketing platforms.
