Basic Qualifications: - Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Typically, 5 years of relevant work experience in the software development industry, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills Other Qualifications: - Experience with microservice architecture and expertise in Microservice Framework 2
- Certified Function Point Practitioner (CFPP) with expertise in functional sizing and project estimation
- Agile Business Analysis expertise, with the ability to analyze business needs and develop effective solutions
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum




- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to guide junior team members and contribute to the growth and development of the team.
