Teoresi S.p.A. seeks Calibration Engineers to join a powertrain-focused team developing, testing, and validating engine and transmission calibrations. You will drive drivability improvements, optimize torque management, and ensure compliance across the development cycle.
Ideal candidates have 2–5 years in automotive calibration with strong data analysis skills and proficiency with INCA, MDA, CRETA, Concerto, and Optisim. On-site work in Michigan is required.
