MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Performance Measurement/KPI's
Installation lead time delivery after complete reception of P phase 3D
Respect of DMU classification rules
Quality of deliverables (first time right)
Responsibilities
Accountable and responsible for: (activities that cannot be delegated to N-1 in the operational org. chart - CAD) - Managing CAD activities
Ensuring interface with subcontractors
Accountable for: (can be done by the MDE or delegated to CAD)




3D Detailed design of structural parts considering
-- Allocated volumes given as inputs
-- Interfaces defined with stakeholders

-- Technical referential (materials characteristics, ECA constraints,...)
-- Manufacturability constraints
2D or annotated 3D Detailed design of structural parts considering internal rules of data structuration
Contributes to
Providing weight data to Weight Discipline Engineer
Calculation optimization with Structural Integrity Discipline Engineer
Dimensional management activity (A is MLE (CBS impact only) or TOL-LE (train level impact))
MAIN REQUIRED COMPETENCIES

Mandatory:
Graduated from Mechanical Engineering school with Master of Science degree

Experience
Mandatory:
Mechanical Engineering preferably applied to Railway products with 1 to 2 years of experience
3D Modelling, drawing creation
Design in heavy industry
Technical
English basics in read/writing and technical meetings
Italian basics in read/writing and technical meetings
