OverviewAs a Cost Analyst in our consumer goods projects, you will evaluate costs for new products and processes to guide business decisions.
You will work with cross-functional teams across Marketing, Procurement, R&D;, Engineering, Manufacturing and Leadership to identify cost-saving opportunities and support capital authorizations.
You'll manage budget cycles, monitor cost performance, and verify cost data to ensure accurate financial closures.
This role offers impact through cost optimization and continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
ResponsabilitàPerform cost analysis for new projects (products, processes, technologies, footprint) to inform decisions
Identify and propose cost reduction and optimization ideas
Estimate costs for new components and finished products; support R&D; changes and business cases
Prepare budgets and participate in 6+6 revisions
Monitor costActual vs standard and make vs buy throughout the year
Verify standard costs and calculations in files and software for components and products
Support cost calculations for financial closures
Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity degree in Economics or Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing costs
Experience in production companies
Excellent MS Office skills, especially MS Excel
Excellent written and verbal English communication
Strong analytical thinking
