/p h3As a bDigital Construction BIM Specialist /b, you will perform the following activities: /h3 ul liAnalyzing processes and operational activities aimed at integrating digital technologies and workflows into the design and construction of facilities.
/li liCoordinating working groups to define the requirements for digital solutions.
/li liLeading the development of pilot projects, gathering feedback, and implementing preparatory actions for the full adoption of new applications.
/li liOverseeing operational applications: monitoring usage through reports and dashboards, verifying data entry and updates, and collecting input for the development of new features.
/li liEnsuring effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders to meet identified needs.
/li liDeveloping strategies, analyzing and optimizing BIM processes, and supporting the use of new tools.
/li /ul h3Requirements: /h3 ul liDegree in Civil Engineering.




/li liKnowledge of design and construction processes in the field of Infrastructure and Industrial Plants.
/li liExperience in digitalization projects within the engineering construction sector, gained in consulting firms, corporate environments, or engineering studios.
/li liExperience in governance, strategy, and monitoring of highly complex projects.
/li liBasic knowledge of data analysis and reporting software/systems.
/li liGood knowledge of English language.
/li liStrong organizational skills and excellent management and communication abilities.
/li /ul pThe recruitment process will be extended to Rome.
/p h3Compensation Information /h3 pIn accordance with Article 5, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree *******, the Company discloses the information relating to the initial compensation foreseen for the position.
/p pThe initial gross annual salary, not lower than € ******,83, is determined based on the level of responsibility and the competencies required, according to objective, verifiable, and gender-neutral criteria, and in line with the applicable National Collective Agreement (CCNL).
/p pAny remuneration above the indicated minimum threshold shall be granted exclusively on the basis of additional,



objectively verifiable elements, such as, by way of example: /p ul lirelevant and qualified professional experience; /li lispecific technical or managerial competencies; /li lilevel of autonomy and responsibility effectively required by the role.
