ResponsabilitàProvide ongoing consultancy on indirect tax matters for clients
Issue opinions on application of indirect taxes for domestic and cross-border transactions




Analyze VAT and direct tax impacts of corporate finance transactions and restructurings
Assess tax risks through internal audits and develop operating procedures
Conduct VAT due diligence and VAT compliance activities
Engage in national and international projects and collaborate with senior professionals
Requisiti fondamentali3+ years of professional experience in leading national or international firms or consulting companies
Master in Economics (LM 77 or LM 56) or Law (LMG 01) with a final grade of at least *******
Certified Chartered Accountant or Lawyer or plan to begin professional training
Good command of English; study/work experience abroad preferred
Good working knowledge of Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint
