OverviewIn this role you will install, service and troubleshoot advanced electrophysiology systems across Italy and Emerging Markets, with broad exposure to the EMEA region.
You'll work in a reactive, SLA-driven environment supporting hardware, software and hospital IT connectivity, often traveling at short notice.
You will collaborate with clinical, commercial and technical teams to ensure patient-impacting uptime and rapid issue resolution.

ResponsabilitàInstall, maintain and troubleshoot advanced EP medical systems
Support hardware, software and hospital IT/network connectivity
Schedule planned PM work while responding to urgent break/fix within SLA
Reprioritise workload based on customer-critical needs
Travel extensively (70%+) across multiple countries
Collaborate with clinical, commercial and technical teams across the region

Comfortable working in hospital/clinical environments
Ability to troubleshoot under pressure
Italian and English required; additional European languages beneficial
