ResponsabilitàDesign and implement IT governance frameworks aligned with leading practices
Provide technical advisory on IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains
Define, establish, and evolve PMO models for governance of multi-stakeholder portfolios
Develop methodologies for monitoring, reporting, and controlling project performance against KPIs, milestones, and budgets




Drive definition and continuous improvement of digital processes translating business requirements into IT solutions
Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and engage senior internal and external stakeholders
Contribute to practice growth through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and thought leadership
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other STEM disciplines
At least 4 years of experience in IT consulting, Governance, PMO, or related advisory roles
Proven knowledge of IT architectures across infrastructure and application domains
Solid knowledge of PMO methodologies (PMI, PRINCE2, Agile/SAFe)
Understanding of IT Governance frameworks and international standards (ITIL, COBIT, ISO)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Italian and English
