ResponsabilitàDevelop long-term relationships with CSP and Edge Datacenter stakeholders as trusted advisor
Qualify leads, manage a portfolio of customers, and pursue new business opportunities
Implement sales and marketing tactics to exceed segment objectives and grow revenue and pipeline
Promote and sell Data Center & Mission Critical Secure Power products, services, and solutions
Create and execute account business plans with accurate forecasts




Collaborate with Local and Global teams to enhance value delivery
Coordinate a team-selling approach bridging customer organizations with Schneider Electric experts
Manage multiple short- and long-term projects and relationships
Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity Degree, ideally in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Strong aptitude for international project management and structured customers
Knowledge of UPS, Cooling, Containment, Prefabricated Solutions and DCIM software is a plus
Ability to communicate, present and influence stakeholders at all levels including executive and C-level
Excellent listening and negotiation abilities and capability to run high-value sales strategies
Experience in business intelligence, content management, CRM or similar web applications
Business fluency in English
Willingness to travel ~50% in Italy
