Position

Our client company is looking for motivated Airport Attendants – Passenger Area to join their Landside department. Successful candidates will join the team following a training process and the issuance of an airport pass, subject to a positive outcome of the police background check.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing ground handling services related to air transport within the passenger area, including check-in, Lost & Found and VIP assistance, when required.

Some of the activities carried out by the Airport Attendant – Passenger Area include:





- Ensure the correct transmission of appropriate information to the passenger;
- Carry out observingly people and baggage’s check-in operations in compliance with the current regulations in matters of security, safety, privacy and quality;
- Ensure the proper conduct of transit operations for passengers continuing to other destinations;
- Guarantee all the necessary activities for a satisfying and successful client assistance;
- Ensure the correct application of all the activities required for the management of misguided and/or lost luggage – Lost & Found;
- Ensure the proper management of passenger assistance;

Requirements

- Excellent knowledge of the English language (at least B2 CEFR);
- Good knowledge of the Italian language;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Customer orientation;
- Strong motivation, sense of responsibility, punctuality;
- Good computer skills and device usage;
- Availability: 24/7 shift work, Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays.
