ResponsabilitàOwn build and continuous optimization of landing pages and website
Design and implement A/B test variants from wireframes to live pages in CMS and HTML/CSS
Collaborate with Analytics to shape and prioritize testing roadmap using data and UX




Support rollout and monitoring of AI-driven content optimization tools
Ensure pages have solid UX foundations: speed, mobile, accessibility, and correct tracking
Own asset reusability strategy across CMS channels
Coordinate with Paid Media to align landing pages with campaign intent and traffic sources
Collaborate with SEO to follow best practices for site structure, markup, and performance
Work with product, sales, and brand stakeholders to drive impact
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience of at least 5 in the role
Ability to manage critical situations with good decision-making
Degree in Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, Engineering
Knowledge of English
Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and common CMS
Experience with Figma and WordPress
