/p h3Your seat to fill: /h3 ul liLead the end-to-end apparel design process, from concept ideation and seasonal direction through to final product realization /li liTranslate fashion trends, consumer insights, and CYBEX brand DNA into innovative and commercially relevant collections /li liDevelop silhouettes, patterns, color stories, trims, graphics, and other design elements in line with the brand's creative direction and innovation principles /li liPartner closely with Product Management, Softgoods Engineering, and Sourcing to ensure design concepts are technically feasible and production-ready /li liLead material selection, innovation, and testing, ensuring fabrics, trims, and constructions support the product's function, design intent, and overall narrative /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and mills to identify new materials, technologies, and sustainable solutions /li liManage design calendars, deliverables,



and key milestones across multiple product categories in close collaboration with Product Management and Project Management /li liDrive effective cross-functional collaboration across Design, Product Management, Sourcing, Quality, Engineering, and Operations to ensure successful product development and timely delivery /li liIdentify and proactively resolve design, material, and production challenges throughout the development process /li liLead ongoing trend, market, consumer, and material research, translating insights into seasonal mood boards, trend analyses, and design concepts /li liDrive innovation by integrating new technologies, sustainable practices, materials, and forward-thinking design approaches into the product portfolio /li liContinuously improve design processes, tools, and documentation while ensuring design intent is maintained throughout sampling and production /li /ul h3Your stroll to CYBEX: /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Fashion Design, Product Development, or related field /li liSeveral years of professional experience in apparel design, product creation, or design management within the fashion, sportswear,



or lifestyle industry /li liProven ability to build and manage the design process from ideation through to production readiness within an existing business /li liStrong understanding of materials, construction, pattern making, and silhouette development /li liExcellent knowledge of design and PLM tools (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CLO 3D, Photoshop, PLM systems) /li liDemonstrated experience in design project management and cross-functional collaboration /li liDeep awareness of market trends, innovation, and sustainability in apparel /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design intent clearly /li liFluent in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus /li /ul pNote: We highly encourage candidates to include their portfolios with their applications, as it will give us a better understanding of your work and experience.
