As a Senior Associate you will be part of a team that supports private equity funds and corporate clients on both buy-side and sell-side transactions, delivering high-quality financial analysis to make informed investment decisions.

/p h3Day To Day Responsibilities /h3 ul liPreparing in-depth financial analysis of financial statements to identify transaction risks and opportunities /li liExamining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods /li liContributing to assessing normalized EBITDA,
