OverviewAs a Field Applications Specialist, you install and maintain Beckman Coulter diagnostic instruments in hospital and lab settings across Italy and Europe, delivering expert technical support and customer training.
You operate within the European Implementation Team, driving customer satisfaction, contract retention, and service quality.
You'll work closely with cross-functional partners to resolve issues, verify system performance, and support growth through new product introductions.

Requisiti fondamentaliUniversity Scientific degree + minimum 1 year of experience in chemical chemistry and immunoassays
Fluent in Italian and English; third European language is a strong plus
Ability to interact with customers on a detailed scientific basis
Willingness to travel across Italy and Europe (up to 90%) with overnight stays
Ability to work flexible hours per business needs
Hold a valid driver's license and good driving record
