OverviewAs a Workday Success Plans specialist, you help customers maximize value from Workday applications through targeted micro-consulting, configuration guidance, and demonstrations.
You act as a trusted Workday advisor, solving business problems with expertise in Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, and data integration.
You will deliver scalable services, presentations, and one-to-one guidance to accelerate feature adoption.

ResponsabilitàConduct research to understand customer questions and Workday concepts
Deliver small-scope consulting with configuration guidance and demonstrations
Troubleshoot product configuration to meet customer requirements
Communicate value and responses clearly to customers
Create and deliver customer presentations on using Workday features (Accelerator Webinars)
Provide one-on-one consulting to accelerate feature adoption (Feature Accelerator)
Review customer tenants to identify adoption opportunities (Feature Adoption Tenant Reviews)




Maintain product expertise and Workday Certification; stay current with roadmap and industry practices
Contribute to development of new programs to drive feature adoption
Perform configuration and business requirements reviews to identify optimization opportunities
Provide one-on-one customer configuration designs
Deploy Workday features in deployments of varying scope
Requisiti fondamentali2+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning implementations
5 years of IT implementation experience
3+ years of software consulting experience
1+ years experience in Adaptive Integrations with external systems
Workday Adaptive Planning Certification is a plus
Troubleshoot Adaptive Integrations to external systems
Ability to distill complex Workday concepts into clear presentations
Multitasking across multiple engagements and deliverables
Strong critical thinking for complex technical process issues
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience; advanced degree preferred
Travel up to 10%
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
