#shapeandcreate**PURPOSE:**The Project Consultant is in charge of generating specifications in order to maximize both volume and value.Being fully conversant with products, s/he will support demand creation activities, providing also training ability and expertise to agents.
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES****:*** Be on the ground and visit business partner (Architects, specifiers such as Building Surveyors, Design & Build Contractors) in order to generate demand creation and increase sales, maximizing revenues,



and to provide additional credibility and presence to business relationships with customers and prospects* Organise meetings / events with targeted groups to promote products and/or services* Perform background research on customer accounts, prospects, competitors, and trends to support the sales team's activities.
* Proactively work with salesmen to identify product needs, issues and determine effective solutions, directly answering product technical questions**REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS:*** Strong analytical and reporting skills;* Project management;* Customer Focus;* Presentation skills;* Advanced on Office pack and SAP/CRM knowledge.
