MAIN OBJECTIVE – JOB SUMMARY
We're seeking a dynamic individual with sharp analytical skills and collaborative attitude.
He / she will focus on executing retail performance analysis reporting and will closely collaborate with retail managers to drive meaningful improvements in our stores' performances.
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain insights into the world of luxury retail at 360°, working alongside key stakeholders across various functions and regions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Data analysis and communication – Analyze store performances in terms of sales, sales KPIs, productivity and profitability

Cross-team collaboration for improvement initiatives
– Collaborate with various teams (e.g., regional Retail Directors, retail Area Managers, Real estate, product/buying, HR, etc.) to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to identify new commercial initiatives and drive performance improvements
Target setting
– Support in setting performance goals for the teams in store
Data accuracy
– Ensure the accuracy and consistency of performance reports and contribute to their improvement
KEY REQUIREMENTS & ADDITONAL SKILLS
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel




Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail; strong precision in working with data is required
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Curiosity, Eagerness to learn, proactivity.
Capability to adapt to different tasks, different partners and work cross functionally
Ability to propose new solutions, and proactively seek improvement in company processes
Good command of the English language, both written and spoken, and ability to connect and interact with a diverse, international team
Interest in the retail or fashion industry is considered a plus
Knowledge of BI (e.g. Microstrategy) systems is considered a plus
For this role, we offer a remboursment of expenses of €900,00 gross/month
