ResponsabilitàCollaborate in small consulting teams to deliver client engagements
Integrate traditional consulting methods with corporate finance techniques to develop knowledge
Gather data, formulate and test hypotheses, and communicate recommendations
Present results to client management and support implementation with client teams
Receive structured training and ongoing coaching, including mentoring from partners




Contribute to project staffing decisions with a professional development manager
Work from Milan or Rome office within the Corporate Finance practice
Engage on engagements related to corporate strategy, M&A;, due diligence, value-based management, ESG strategy, and IPO-related strategy
Requisiti fondamentali4+ years in strategy, corporate finance, M&A; or due diligence in a consulting firm, investment bank, accounting firm, or major corporation
Experience in corporate development or strategic finance preferred
Intellectual curiosity, creative thinking, and problem-solving mindset
