ResponsabilitàOwn end-to-end discovery and design for Discover missions, from scoping to adoption monitoring
Produce wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs using design tools with guidance from seniors
Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usage analyses to inform decisions
Define and analyze adoption and performance metrics,



feeding learnings into prioritization
Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving brand measurement trends
Collaborate with engineers, business stakeholders, and leadership
Contribute to shared tooling and design systems to improve team capabilities
Requisiti fondamentaliStrong grounding in user-centered design and attention to visual detail
Proficiency with Figma and Lovable or equivalent design tools
Ability to turn fuzzy needs into measurable problems
Business sense about fashion and luxury brand data
Self-sufficient in product thinking and interface reasoning
Clear, trusted communication with both technical and business audiences
Fluent English; additional languages a plus
