ResponsabilitàOwn full-cycle recruitment for the Build pillar, from briefing and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiation
Partner with hiring managers to ensure pipeline health, strategy consistency, and fast hiring velocity
Execute core HR operations tasks and manage onboarding lifecycle and local compliance
Run an exceptional onboarding process for new starters




Administer HiBob as central HRIS to maintain data integrity, run reports, and streamline workflows
Design and drive internal engagement initiatives and culture events
Requisiti fondamentali2+ years of full-cycle recruitment in high-volume sales in a fast-paced environment
Interest in expanding into HR operations, employee engagement, and data administration
Comfort with HRIS/ATS platforms and process automation
Hands-on, collaborative, and willing to tackle sourcing, onboarding, and admin tasks
