pbResponsibilities: /b /ppWork closely with Technical Team, to support: /pulliProject delivery to customers, to guarantee deliver the projects in time and in budget /liliPost-sales stage for ICT Service and manage the customers when service get issue /liliRegular order implementation report for management review /liliPerform regular maintenance and preventive inspections of onsite equipment, including but not limited to routers switches, and/or transmission systems etc.
/liliDiagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in networks, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient resolution of faults.
/liliWork with various internal and CMI local companies in Europe Region for order activation and testing /liliProfessional project management and regular update to customer about project status /li /ulpbr/ppbRequirements:



/b /pulliBachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering or equivalent majors /liliFirst experience in IT Telecom service delivery /liliTechnical knowledge in IP network design and configuration, including routing and switching, WAN/LAN, WIFI, NAS, Firewall, Cloud ,Storage etc.
/liliExcellent teamwork skills, ability to work across virtual global teams, self-motivated and able to work under pressure /liliExcellent project management skills and communication skills /liliSelf-motived team player with quick adaptation to dynamic environment /liliFluent language skills in both Italian and English /liliITIL or CCIE certificate and related certificates in networking technology is an advantage /li /ulpbr/ppb*** Less experienced candidates will be considered as individual contributor.
