ResponsabilitàDevelop and oversee enterprise-wide information security strategy, architecture, and least-privilege access in AWS/GCP cloud environments to protect infrastructure and customer data.
Manage regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO/IEC *****, PSD2, GDPR, DORA) with CSSF oversight and drive the ISMS and certification program.
Identify, assess, and mitigate information security risks while maintaining delivery speed and business agility.
Mature security operations (SOC, threat detection, monitoring)



and lead incident response, business continuity, and cyber resilience planning.
Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary security team (offensive and defensive security, secure SDLC) and foster company-wide security awareness through training and phishing simulations.
Requisiti fondamentali8+ years in senior information security leadership roles (CISO, VP of Security) in tech, scale-up, or regulated financial settings
Deep knowledge of security frameworks (ISO/IEC *****) and financial regulations relevant to e-money and digital payments (DORA, PSD2) in CSSF-regulated contexts
Proven ability to balance high-security requirements with business growth and speed
Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or equivalents
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills for boards, peers, and regulators
Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus
