ResponsabilitàProvide ongoing site support and identify future business opportunities and feasibility assessments
Develop plans for site contact, follow-up, and relationship management within assigned country
Support management in expediting feasibility, site selection and study start-up
Serve as site relations and excellence partner, maintaining relationships with preferred site networks and flagship sites
Conduct feasibility activities (standalone, blinded, initial, ongoing) and assist with site alignment to studies and therapeutic areas
Research site landscape and intelligence (KOL presence, site capabilities,



country practice standards) relevant to patient population and recruitment
Maintain relationships with network directors, facilitate master CDAs and organize network meetings
Perform regular site performance reviews to ensure quality delivery and address issues
Act as escalation point for site-related issues throughout the study lifecycle
Support process improvement initiatives for feasibility activities and site performance
Serve as main contact for project teams regarding site performance updates and information
Possibly assist with site qualifications visits, audits preparation, and related tasks
May be assigned additional projects and responsibilities as needed
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor of Science in health-related field
Minimum 1 year of site and clinical trials experience
CRA experience is an asset
Knowledge of drug development, clinical trial management and GCP preferred
Knowledge of medical terminology and clinical patient management preferred
Fluency in English
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Excellent oral and written communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
