ResponsabilitàDefine the overall technology vision, roadmap and architecture for the platform and portfolio initiatives
Lead the development of software products, AI-enabled solutions and digital platforms from concept to deployment
Translate business opportunities into concrete technology roadmaps
Oversee MVPs, prototypes and scalable products ensuring quality, security, reliability and speed
Build and lead internal and external technology teams and partnerships
Evaluate technologies, frameworks, tools and vendors to support scalability
Ensure governance in cybersecurity, data management, privacy, infrastructure and development standards




Support technical due diligence and make-or-buy decisions for new initiatives or investments
Collaborate with founders, investment professionals and external partners to identify technology-driven value opportunities
Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, execution and continuous improvement
Represent the technology vision to investors and stakeholders
Requisiti fondamentaliSignificant experience in technology leadership roles (CTO, Head of Engineering, VP Engineering or similar)
Strong background in software engineering, digital product development and scalable architecture
Proven experience building or scaling software products, platforms or AI-driven solutions
Solid understanding of AI, generative AI, data architecture and business applications
Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial or investment-backed environments
Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on execution in early-stage contexts
Strong leadership with experience managing internal teams and external partners
Excellent ability to translate complex tech topics into business implications
Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership
Fluency in English and Italian
