OverviewIn this role you will serve as a strategic legal partner at Group level, driving high?stakes litigation, investigations, and cross?border transactions for Prysmian.
You will lead complex disputes, advise senior management, and coordinate external counsel to safeguard risk in international projects.
You will shape legal strategy for high?value matters and act as the primary interface with C?level and business teams.

JVs and strategic transactions from due diligence to closing.
Lead negotiation of complex international project and commercial contracts, safeguarding group risk.
Provide clear, authoritative legal judgment in fast?moving, sensitive contexts.
Requisiti fondamentali10+ years of experience in top?tier law firms and/or complex multinational environments.
Proven track record in litigation, investigations, transactions, and complex negotiations.
Credibility with C?level and senior stakeholders; autonomous and credible.
International mindset, highly analytical, pragmatic and business?oriented.
