You work across global programmes and local site realities to deliver measurable improvements, with scope across manufacturing, data, and automation domains.
This is a hands-on role in a global transformation environment with meaningful impact on production excellence.

Ensure IT&D; services are applied through partners to sites for a strong user experience




Build and maintain relationships with factory leadership and ensure stakeholder buy-in for transformation
Monitor support services to factories, coordinate communications, and manage escalations to maintain a healthy IT ecosystem
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree qualified or equivalent
Experience in a complex, global organisation; FMCG experience desirable but not essential (4+ years preferred)
Manufacturing process understanding and proficiency; knowledge of IT Operating Model, Industrial Automation and Industry 4.0
Project Management and Change Management skills desirable
Knowledge of key Industrial Automation and Data Analytics systems desirable
