ResponsabilitàLead system concepts through workshops and client discussions
Define and guide architectures across feasibility, PoC, and development phases
Collaborate with mechanical, electronics, controls, embedded software, and sensor teams
Build rapid prototypes and technical demos for validation and engagement
Integrate technologies such as IVD systems, robotics, mechatronics, and embedded AI/ML
Translate customer, regulatory,



and business requirements into system specifications
Support development in motor control, precision motion, thermal management, and sensor integration
Contribute to technology roadmap and innovation direction
Requisiti fondamentaliMid-level experience in system engineering or complex product development in regulated industries
Strong background in IVD, surgical systems, or advanced lab equipment
Expertise in mechatronics, motor control, and sensor systems
Broad cross-functional exposure across at least two domains (mechanical, electrical, embedded, controls, sensors)
Familiarity with embedded AI / edge technologies is a plus
Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders (CTO, R&D;, VP)
Hands-on, self-driven mindset with independent solution development
Ability to drive progress with incomplete information and undefined architectures
Master's degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics, Automation, Physics, or similar
