OverviewIn this role you oversee Learning & Development for Italy and drive the deployment of global initiatives across the EMEA region.
You will assess training needs, design programs, and lead performance and development processes to strengthen talent.
You partner with managers to map career paths, support succession planning, and improve retention and engagement.
You will stay ahead of HR/L&D; trends and translate insights into actions that support business growth.

Indicative salary package: 50,******,000 gross annual, based on experience, plus 10% variable and a production premio

Monitor key talent metrics and provide insights to support decision-making
Stay up to date on HR/L&D; trends and best practices
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years of experience in Talent Management & Development within international, structured organizations
Strong knowledge of performance management systems and key development initiatives
Proven experience using and maintaining complex HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Google Suite)
Fluent English; French is a plus
