OverviewIn this role you will support the Italian companies' financial operations at the European Finance Shared Service Center, ensuring accurate closing, tax compliance, and treasury management.

ResponsabilitàTreasury management activities including bank communications, bank guarantees, manual payments, and cash forecasting using TMS and BPC;
Monthly close support with accounts payable/receivable review, general ledger postings, asset depreciation checks, and archiving VAT books;
Assist in quarterly/year-end reports and notes to financial statements;




Support external audit processes;
Assist tax compliance activities (VAT, withholding certificates, Esterometro, Form 770, etc.) and related entries;
Prepare monthly Intrastat and ISTAT reporting;
Assist in managing customer-related legal matters and escalate issues to the Accounting, Treasury and Tax Manager;
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Economics or Accounting diploma with substantial experience
Knowledge of Italian accounting principles and IFRS
Knowledge of tax and commercial law
SAP experience
MS Office IT skills
Basic English; German advantageous
