ResponsabilitàOwn key OEM customers in Italy and develop high-potential new accounts
Build and manage a solid, multi-year sales pipeline of strategic projects
Drive profitable growth by acquiring and closing new projects using the company's engineering capabilities
Develop tailor-made sealing solutions aligned to customer requirements
Identify, approach and win new strategic customers in the Italian market with a hunting mindset
Foster long-term relationships through regular visits, structured account management,



and proactive issue resolution in coordination with internal teams
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster's degree in Business with a technical focus and/or Master's degree in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of successful B2B sales experience with a track record of growth and complex projects
Strong technical expertise in sealing technologies and proven profitable growth in Italy
Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders (engineering, purchasing, management)
Proven ability to build trust, negotiate at senior level, and win complex, solution-driven business

Proficiency in Italian and fluent in English
