ResponsabilitàLead sourcing for indirect categories including marketing, logistics, IT, industrial capital equipment and general services
Manage the indirect Global team across Europe and Asia
Establish and maintain supplier relationships and conduct periodic business reviews to identify improvements and cost reductions




Foster relationships with internal groups to align on goals and processes
Prepare spend analytics, supplier base assessments, and cost models
Manage complex projects from conception to implementation, including change management
Support contract negotiations and supplier performance management
Ensure alignment with cybersecurity and information protection principles
Requisiti fondamentaliEight to ten years of sourcing experience across indirect spend, especially marketing
Proven ability to manage global, multicultural teams
Experience in purchasing across different companies and contexts
Proven contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills
