Position
You will join our
Global Compliance Team
, which works across different compliance areas at Group level, including
Product Compliance
, covering the main regulatory requirements applicable to our products (REACH, ROHS, Conflict Minerals, etc.),
Customs and Trade Compliance
,
Data Protection and Privacy
,
Health & Safety Compliance
, as well as other evolving regulatory topics relevant to our business.
During the internship, you will have the opportunity to gain an understanding of how compliance is managed within an international industrial Group, interacting with different functions and Group companies worldwide.
In particular, you will support the team in:
Implementing product compliance activities, including the collection and review of supplier and internal data, the maintenance of compliance records, and the preparation of customer-requested declarations and information.
Collaborating with internal functions,
such as Research & Product Development, Purchasing and Sales, on product compliance topics;
Contributing to the preparation of internal guidelines, procedures, training materials and presentations;
Supporting the assessment and the implementation of new regulatory requirements at national, European and international level (i.e. China, Japan, USA) and their potential impact on products and processes;
Supporting Customs and Trade Compliance activities, including the collection and analysis of information related to customs classification, origin of goods, export controls and other trade compliance requirements;
Supporting Data Protection and Privacy activities and the implementation and maintenance of related Group procedures and documentation;
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Management, Corporate Law or similar
Digital skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint;
Other skills:
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and organize complex information; accuracy and attention to detail in managing data and documentation.
