ResponsabilitàOversee daily Accounting Office operations ensuring accuracy and compliance
Lead budgeting, forecasting, analysis and reporting to inform business decisions
Ensure integrity of P&L;, balance sheet reconciliations and controls
Manage internal, external and regulatory audits in line with Marriott standards




Partner with operations to improve efficiency, profitability and resource use
Leverage technology and analytical tools to enhance reporting and insight
Coach and develop the finance team through open communication and recognition
Maintain strong accounting controls to safeguard assets and support growth
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor in Finance or Accounting or related discipline
Experience building high-performing teams and fostering accountability
